The production of the brand Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi, continues without any interferences since 1946. At first, the product which was branded as "Ankara Makarna", in the year of 1961, for the memory of the founder Nuh Eskiyapan, was changed into "Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi".
