Ingredients
- 1 Erdemli Lamas Lemon
- 350 gr of rib steak
- 1 onion
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 glasses of flour
- 1 teaspoon of sumac
- 1 teaspoon of chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of sumac
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
- We start our recipe by cooking ½ package of ring pasta.
- We add 1 teaspoon of salt to our boiling water.
- We chop our 350 gr of rib steak into small cubes. We use a different cutting board to prevent cross contamination
- We place our meat into a plate. We add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper and we mix them.
- We heat our pan
- Our pan is now hot. We cook the meat in the pan.
- We cooked our meats for both sides for 2-3 minutes.
- We add 2 tablespoons of butter to it. Continue mixing
- We add 1 teaspoon of paprika and continue mixing.
- Our meat is done. We turn off the oven. slice our onion in salad style.
- We place our sliced onions into a bowl.
- We thinly slice ½ garden parsley and add them to the bowl.
- We add 1 teaspoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of chili peppers, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- We properly mix them.
- We slice our tomato in salad style.
- We place the tomato into a bowl.
- Our pasta is done after cooking for 8-9 minutes. We drain it.
- We heat our pan, we add the pasta and start mixing it.
- We place our tantuni pasta to a plate. We add the onions with sumac and sliced tomato. We squeeze 1 Lamas lemon to the tantuni pasta. Our Tantuni Pasta with Lamas Lemon is ready. Bon appetit.
