In the Kitchen Academy of Nuh'un Ankara, today we prepare you a delicious and healthy winter soup which will warm you up in these cold days. You can eat while its warm! :)
Ingredients
1 Coffee Cup of Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Meatball Bulgur
1 coffee cup of Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Semolina
1 Onion
1 cup of boiled chickpea
200 Gr. Lamb cubes
250 Gr. Yoghurt
1 soup spoon of flour
1 egg
100 Gr. Butter
Olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
2 liters of warm water
1 dessert spoon of tomato paste
Salt
Black Pepper
Chili pepper
Paprika
Preparation
We place bulgur in a mixing pot and add the semolina and onions which we grinded in our blender and after putting an egg and salt and black pepper to it, we start to mix.
We prepare meatballs from this mixture with the sizes of a chickpea and than place them in a bowl with flour.
After our pot containing vegetable oil is hot, we start roasting our meat.
We add warm water and salt to the meat, and remove their bubbles.
We add meatballs to our soup and while they are cooking, we prepare our seasoning.
For the seasoning of our soup, we add yoghurt, flour and lemon juice. We add chickpeas to the meatballs and we dilute our seasoning with a spoonful of our soup.
We continue to mix our seasoning and after we add it to our soup, we put it on low heat.
When the soup reaches consistency, we put it aside and start roasting paste with butter and add our spices. We pour this oil to our soup and serve it while its hot! Bon Appetit!
